2.2 Reviews that have been written in our Site are considered as our property and we retain the rights to modify or otherwise delete. They cannot be returned.

2.3 Pictures that were uploaded by customers are their properties; we are not to be held responsible or prosecuted for any violations to the intellectual property and/ or etiquette standard of the photos.

2.4 You are prohibited from writing reviews while using another person’s account.

2.5 You are prohibited to write comments or reviews or images that contain any phrases or harassments against modeglam.com or other third parties.

3. TRANSACTIONS

3.1 Prices that are shown on the Site do not include postage, logistics costs, unless otherwise stated by us as purchases with Free Delivery.

3.2 To purchase online through shopping carts, orders and shipments will be processed after payment is received by the bank account in the name of PT. Social Bella Indonesia. Product delivery time is fairly subject to the local delivery service of such destination. For product delivery with express delivery services, Modeglam cooperates with third-party courier services.

3.3 Every effort has been made to ensure maximum accuracy of all information contained. PT. Wynettes Walden International makes no guarantee with all respects to the accuracy of such information, including product specifications and editorial.

3.4 In the event where the products are severely damaged at the time when customers receive the products, please contact our customer service center at (022) 5202 589 or email to info@tridayamas.com for further assistance.

3.5 Should phone assistance does not work for the damaged goods, please send back the product to us along with the picture at the time of receipt. Any cost of shipping to return the product will be absorbed by us; Modeglam has full responsibility to provide you with authentic and good product quality.

3.6 You will receive email notifications which contain your Delivery Receipt Number shortly after your order is shipped.

4. PRICE

If in certain circumstances, there is a price error or wrong information on a specific product as a result of mistyping or error rates and information from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with the wrong price including orders that have been paid. In the situation where an order for such product has been paid by credit card and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, then we would make a refund in accordance with the amount.
